Project description
UX optimization and redesign of an internal lead processing tool
For Versicherungskammer Bayern we implemented, in cooperation with Headsquare from Munich, the concept and redesign of an existing partial application of a larger internal solution. The internal web application focuses on lead acquisition, lead management and the general CRM system.
Main task
The biggest part of our work was the conception and user interface design of the application, as well as the logic optimization of certain processes.
Tasks
- Creation of a dashboard with complex data visualization of highly sensitive data
- Replacing many outdated UX practices with modernized UX patterns that allow users to navigate more easily
- Creation of a design system based on the existing brand design of the insurance chamber
- Redesign of the user interface for lead search, lead creation and status management
- Creation of several prototypes of the redesigned processes
- Testing & optimizing different concepts & UI designs
- Prepare all assets for development
