Project description
Complete redesign of the "Uniper Digital" web application for municipal utilities and industrial customers.
Uniper Digital is the main application for the Group's B2B customers. The platform is used by customers to create and manage energy orders and sales. Municipal utilities and industrial companies use Uniper Digital on a regular or daily basis because, just like on the stock market, prices rise and fall in the energy industry.
Main task
Our main task has been to take Uniper Digital to a new level. UX processes within the application were significantly optimized and adapted to the needs of the users.

- Conception of different variants based on wireframes
- UI design and create interactive prototypes
- User testing and interviews for sustainable optimization of the application

Technical implementation
Together with iits Consulting and other internal and external Uniper employees, Uniper Digital was implemented step by step and relaunched in modules.
Uniper Digital
Before. After. What a change! The new design system is looking very good. Uniper Digital is completely revamped.
Quicklinks are located in the dashboard so users can quickly dive into the application without having to use navigation.
Ordering tranches is super easy in the new Uniper Digital. Based on the color differences and quantity input, users get a quick overview of the additional order quantity. Different energy quantities can be ordered for the respective instruments on one screen, so that individual orders no longer have to be triggered.
The market prices can be called up quickly and clearly. Prices can be added to price alerts just as quickly via mouseover and click. Users receive push notifications when prices have changed so that they can react to them.
The new navigation is split into the commodities, no longer a pure module listing.
